Charlotte, with over 23 years of experience in residential construction and remodeling creates unique and functional homes based on the needs of her clients. She has won the coveted Athens Area Board of Realtors Revitalization Award and built the first show home for Atlanta Magazine at Chateau Elan in Braselton in 1992. Charlotte prides herself on listening and understanding the needs of her clients and works with them to create their dream homes. She has built and remodeled homes in Clarke, Oconee, Barrow counties. She has been married for 37 years has three children and two grandchildren. Charlotte enjoys working with local charities offering her time and the proceeds from the show home tours.
